Do you struggle with falling asleep or waking up at night, or with the experience that you sleep quality is poor? Or do you want a deep dive into the parasympathetic land, to support your own stress regulation?

In this course, you will learn two MediYoga programs that have been specially developed for better sleep. The exercises balance the nervous system, stimulate parasympathetic activation, and loosen tensions so that you can open for deeper relaxation.

MediYoga / medical yoga is a calm and therapeutic form of yoga, which has been developed in collaboration with the Swedish healthcare system - but which has its roots in old yoga traditions. The programs consist of calm physical exercises, with a consistent focus on breathing, relaxation and presence. The exercises are adapted so that they can be done by everyone, and the course is suitable both for those who are new to yoga and for those who have previous experience with yoga.

Several studies have been carried out which show that MediYoga, among other things, reduces the stress hormone cortisol measured in saliva, and regular practice results in better sleep quality.
