There are so many videos out there that describe how to keep a regular meditation practice going over time: peaceful music, apps, good sleep rhythm, healthy diet etc etc and they are all good but ...
... there is a trick that is far better than all the other tips and tricks - which is often forgotten. The secret is quite simple: Hang out with those who are already deeply inspired, this will no doubt be contagious in a good way 🌺
