Easy Meditation (Free & Drop-in)
Yes - you can also meditate. On this introclass, you will learn meditation techniques that help you to relieve stress and find more peace in everyday life. All the courses given by Trondheim Meditasjon are based on the wisdom of Yoga, where mantra meditation is the main focus. This is something for everyone, regardless of age and previous experience.
The course is free of charge and does not require signing up beforehand.
You will get to experience
- Introduction to meditation
- Breathing exercises that calm the mind (Pranayama)
- Deep relaxation for the whole body (Yoga Nidra)
- Music meditation with Mantras (Kirtan)
The techniques you learn from us are also easy to practice at home.
