Round off your work week in inspiring surroundings - lower your shoulders and be inspired by art 🧘‍♀️✨

Every month we invite you to a meeting with a selected artwork (see overview below 👇) together with artist and art therapist Sólveig Birna Stefánsdóttir. She gives a short introduction and puts the work in a larger context.

Afterwards, you get to explore the work with attentive presence and simple creative exercises. You don't need any prior knowledge or preparation - just show up and join us! 

🕓 When? Fridays at 4:30 PM–6:00 PM
📍 Where? Nordenfjeldske Kunstindustrimuseum or Trondheim Art Museum - see overview for where and meet at the reception at the respective museum
