Dave Mustaine played a pivotal role in Metallica's debut album, Kill 'Em All. Mustaine left Metallica in 1983 and started Megadeth, who debuted two years later with the album, Killing Is My Business...And Business Is Good!. They became leading figures in trash-metal in the 80s, and got their commercial breakthrough with Countdown to Extinction in 1992.
Megadeth's 15th album, Dystopia, came out in 2016. Last year also saw the band playing at the Tons of Rock festival in Halden, Norway. Now they are back in a more intimate setting, with special guests Metal Church. The Washinton-based band are also pioneers in trash-metal.
