MINDFULNESS & QIGONG!

Mindfulness is being consciously present in the moment, without evaluating and without judging. Mindfulness is training to become better at living, and uses various meditations including mindfulness in motion.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese training method that combines calm movements, breathing techniques and meditation for better health and balance in life. "Qi" means energy and "Gong" means practice. Qigong is mindfulness in motion.

Are interested in personal development.
Experience inner stress and unrest.

What you can achieve
Increased strength, better balance, increased flexibility as well as better concentration, attention and patience.
Increased presence, deep relaxation, lower blood pressure, better blood circulation, better sleep, fewer headaches, increased energy levels and a stronger immune system.

Course over 8 Sundays from January 11, 2026.
18:00-19:15 every day.

The course is for everyone - beginners and advanced students.

You will receive full training. You do not need any special equipment. You can practice Mindful Qigong anywhere and anytime after the course is finished. I invite you to a course with carefully selected movements and breathing techniques, but also to be completely present here and now, with all of you, from moment to moment. This is your form of self-care, preferably for the rest of your life.

Instructor: Hilde Vikan
I am a social worker with further education in psychiatric social work and a Cand.Polit. in social work.
I am a certified instructor in meditation and mindfulness (Creationwork), NLP Master Practitioner (NLP Centeret), Personal Trainer and Nutritionist (NIH), Kung Fu and Qigong (Trondheim Kung Fu Center), YinYoga (Yinyogacenter) and Science of Stretching and Breathing Coach (Yogabody).
