Mini Flow is held every year in advance of the Body in Flow movement festival, and is a day for the children, together with the children full of music and movement joy.

As my son, who is the great initiator and organizer of Mini Flow, has gotten older, the age recommendation for this year's mini flow is also changing with workshops for slightly older children<3

Recommended age 7 - 12 years

The program is coming!

We are looking forward to it<3

As always, we end together by picking a "star" that the children can take home.

We serve fruit and vegetables during the breaks, and otherwise everyone brings a packed lunch.

All adults/parents also join the workshops, this day we do together:)
