On Sunday 2 June, Din Dans, 5 Rytmer i Trondheim and SPOR Psykomotorisk invite you to a Miniretreat in Queen Maud's memory🙏❤️

A warm welcome to a day where you can rest and move in step with yourself and nourish your whole body with calmness, breath and presence. Listen to your own rhythm, your own flow. A day where you can disconnect from performance, and everything that stresses and requires your attention outside of yourself. And land softly and calmly back to your own center.

Program for the day:
11.00: Welcome
11.15-13.15: Resting heart rate
13.15-14.00: Break with brought lunch. We serve fruit, coffee and tea
14-16.30: Dance 5 Rhythms
16.30-17.00: Rounding off

5Rythmer is a life-affirming movement practice developed by Gabrielle Roth (US) which simply enables all bodies to find a physical and direct way back to breathing, flow and the joy of movement. 5Rhythms are suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.

5Rhythms is a dance form without technique and steps, but which follows the body's own natural movements through the rhythms of life, flow, staccato, chaos, lyricism and silence. By letting the body into movement, we can loosen stagnant energy and find our present nature in the living body. 5Rytmer is a continuous experience-based dance practice where we meet ourselves and other people through the body's own wisdom.

Rest pulse is an hour that combines elements from psychomotor physiotherapy, yoga and attentive presence. This is an hour where you get the opportunity to land softly in contact with yourself, and where we provide room for calm movements, relaxation, presence and contact. You are invited to open to flow and presence in movement, which allows some of the energy stuck in muscular tension and held breath to melt into grounding power and resting presence. So that the energy can further find new steps, new directions in life, as life is.

🌱 Yoga mat or blanket to lie on, and a blanket to wear over you. Pillow if you need to relax.
🌱 Preferably layer upon layer of clothing, to adjust the temperature throughout the day.
🌱 We serve coffee and tea, nuts and fruit. Bring your own lunch.
