Skaala Uphill, from 29 to 1848 metres above sea level is North Europes toughest mountain race in terms of the difference in altitude of 1.818 metres between start and finish - and not the least with regard to the total running distance which is only 8,2 km. The average rise is 22,5 per cent! The race starts at Tjugen, 29 metres above sea level. Skaala Uphill is arranged with both competition class with individual timekeeping, and also with a fun-run class without timekeeping
