Henrik Munkeby Nørstebø (trombone) has focused on improvisation-based music since 2005, and has played concerts in Europe, North and South America, Asia and Oceania. Nørstebø is based in Trondheim, with deep artistic connections to Berlin and Oslo, where he works with Audrey Chen (the duo Beam Splitter), the band collective Skadedyr and the ensemble Aksiom.
Christina Meißner (cello) from Saxony, Germany, has as an ensemble musician and soloist collaborated with composers such as Chaya Czernowin, Helmut Lachenmann, Rebecca Saunders, and Georg Crumb. The concert in Oslo is part of the launch tour for the new solo album 'ISPARIZ. eine Vision ', centered around Hildegard von Bingen's (1098–1179) music, in addition to commissioned works, with several new commissioned works. At the concert she plays works by Joe Lake, Lisa Streich and Martin Rane Bauck as well as hymns by Hildegard.
