Odin Landbakk was announced as this year's winner of the Union Bluescup during the Notodden Blues Festival in August. The victory means that Odin will tour as Union Bluesband in 2023.The jury was unanimous when they voted for Odin Landbakk (guitar), August Cancino (drums) and Haakon Landbakk (bass) as winners.Guitar virtuoso Odin Landbakk is 19 years old and comes from Kristiansund. He became nationally known in 2015 after he came out on top in the TV2 success Norske Talenter, aged just 13. In the same year he released his first single "Strengedansen" which became very popular.He has subsequently made several TV appearances and the videos from Norwegian talents have received close to a million streams in addition to the TV broadcasts.In autumn 2019, Odin released his debut album "Speilvendt", in 2021 he released two more singles and moved to Kristiansand where he now studies guitar at the university in Agder.Odin, August and Haakon are ready to represent the Norwegian Blues Union around Blues clubs and festivals in 2023!!
