Oslo Cathedral Choir - Brahm's Requiem

Overview

1 November, Oslo Cathedral

Johannes Brahms's Requiem ("Ein deutsches Requiem") is one of the highlights of the romantic repertoire. Even though Brahms's faith was not very strong, this work is meant to console those who have lost someone. Oslo Cathedral Choir performs Brahms's Requiem on All Saint's Day, in the version adapted for choir and organ. Ann-Helen Moen and Yngve Søberg are soloists, Kåre Nordstoga plays the organ.
