Many of the musical trends that ended up defining the baroque music, started in the 1600's Italy - and the new musical forms such as Opera, sonatas and solokonserts startet in Venice.
Oslo Circles play venetian baroque music by Vivaldi and his teacher Legrenzi, as well as lesser known composers such as Antonio Caldara, Bartolomeo Montalbano, Giovanni Antonio Pandolfi Mealli, Biagio Marini og Antonio Stradella.
