Otto Junior (18) is already an established name in the music world despite his young age. For blues fans he is known as a super talent on guitar, and it is said that he plays in the landscape of both Joe Bonamassa, Eric Johnson and Steve Ray Vaughan. He is an innovative and creative young man who writes his own songs, but he also preserves good classics with great respect. Otto Junior has managed to tour both at home and abroad and shared the stage with resources such as Knut Reiersrud, Vidar Busk, Kingfish, Mike Zito, Little Steven, Tora Dahle Aagard, Marius Lien and Magnus Berg, Kid Andersen, Reidar Larsen, Amund Maarud, Mike Zito, Josh Smith, Kirk Fletcher, Matt Schofield and many, many more. Otto Junior is an ambassador for the Gibson Generation Group, a privilege only reserved for exceptional young talents. He has participated in NAMM in LA where he warmed up for Slash, Don Felder and Billy Gibbons. Otto has warmed up for Jarle Bernhoft himself, CC Cowboys, Di Derre, and Åge Aleksandersen at Foynhagen in Tønsberg in front of 1500 people. The organizers in Foynhagen received great feedback about the support band and everyone was very happy. In July 2023, he delivered a brilliant show at Trandal blues and both the organizers and the audience were very happy. With him on stage he has two very versatile and experienced musicians. Bassist Kim Andre Tønnesen who has played a lot with blues stars Amund Maarud and Magnus Berg and jazz drummer Ola Grindbakken who has played at Notodden blues festival and with jazz kings Eyolf Dale, Even Helte Hermansen and Thomas Johannson. Together they complement each other and create magical blues, soul, funk, and bluesrock music!
