On September 28, saxophonist Cecilie Grundt and pianist Vigleik Storaas will come to Vår Frue - open church. They met in Trondheim in 2015, and have since collaborated in several bands, above all in Grundt's quartet. Last autumn, these two released their first critically acclaimed duo album 'Cecilie Grundt & Vigleik Storaas' (2022) where they invite us into their beautiful universe with an intimate and tight duo performance. With deep understanding and mutual respect, the duo goes straight to the heart of the great American songbook. Sentimental, harmonious and beautiful, at other times exuberant and virtuosic.
