Concert with the piano students at the Norwegian Academy of Music. Every year they choose a different theme and this year the theme is Folk Music which inspired the great masters.

The students come from many parts of the world, and it is exciting to see what each one has chosen as their repertoire in 2022. The program consists of works for both four-hand and solo piano, and contains compositions by Edvard Grieg (1843–1907), Astor Piazzolla (1921–1992), Frédéric Chopin (1810–1849), David Monrad Johansen (1888–1974), Béla Bartók (1881–1945), Sergej Rakhmaninov (1873–1943), Johannes Brahms (1833–1897), Tan Dun (1957–), Geirr Tveitt (1908–1981), Marko Tajčević (1900–1984), Manos Hadjidacis (1925–1994), Manuel de Falla (1876–1946) and more.

The concert will take place in Levinsalen at the Norwegian Academy of Music.
