Knowing the names, bodies and spirits of the planets has been fundamental knowledge for our survival for thousands of years. Today, when we live in a society with a pharmaceutical industry, many of us are not aware of the health-promoting properties of traditional herbs from the local plants that grow in the gardens and fields where we live. 

But knowing the names, bodies and spirits of plants is also knowing ourselves, our history and land. It gives us a deeper understanding of the ecological systems and more than just human bodies that we live side by side with, on the lands we live in. 

Plantspirits and Herbal Knowledge is an introductory course to get to know the plant beings where you live better. We will delve into the ethnobotanical knowledge of local plants where we live and learn about how we can get to know them, their history, wisdom, medicine and healing properties. 

We will work both practically and magically with plants, and through our own inner connection with the plant's body and spirit, we will learn to listen to what the plant spirits convey to us in our own lives. You will learn how to live more mutually with plant beings. How to recognize and collect herbs, and can use them to make healthy organic ointments, extracts, infusions and incense from local plants and herbs where you live.
