Qigong course autumn 2024

Courses in Qigong - we train both soft and hard types - at the Kung Fu center! Qigong is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that uses physical movements, various breathing techniques and meditation to cultivate and store Qi/energy in the body. Benefits include increased physical strength, better balance and coordination, increased circulation and balanced energy, better breathing, better sleep and an experience of deep relaxation. The fascia becomes significantly softer and you can move more flexibly and easily. The training is for everyone - young, adult, elderly, healthy, injured or sick. You will receive full training in Qigong. Afterwards, you can train on your own anywhere in the world. Instructor is Hilde Maaø Vikan, has trained Kung Fu and Qigong since 1987, has 2nd dan black belt. The course runs over 8 Sundays, all times at 18.00-19.00. Price NOK 1990.00.
