The retreat includes:
Forest walk, teaching, and courses on Saturday and Sunday with Jacob from Roots & Culture.
Topic: Wild plants as food and medicine.
Learn about the diversity of wild plants and their fantastic properties and folk traditions. Acquire the knowledge so you can discover, learn, and utilize the gifts that nature offers in your surroundings!
Fantastic dishes by Kenneth from Moods.
Plant-based, delicious, colorful, and organic. Kenneth Mood serves us top-quality dishes where he incorporates several of the plants that are part of the walk and course. You will also gain insight into how the food is prepared so that you can be inspired to bring experiences home to your own kitchen.
Yoga with Gry from Yogagården: Yin Flow on Saturday and Yin/restorative in front of the fireplace on Sunday.
Accommodation in shared double rooms at Yogagården (Additional charge for a private room).

Jacob N. Germain: CEO @Roots & Culture
With a passion for nature and tradition, Jacob has studied the diversity of nature and taught for schools, businesses, and individuals around Norway. His teaching methods are dynamic and lively with various perspectives that shape the experience and make it interesting for everyone who participates.
A walking herbal book who loves to share his knowledge to inspire others to learn more about the useful plants that grow around us.
On Saturday and Sunday, Jacob takes us on a forest walk and lecture.
Gry Anine Strøm: Founder of Yogagården (@yogagaarden)
Gry Anine is trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa (200 RYT) from Goa, India, and has been teaching at rehabilitation centers in the East, Spain, and at home in Norway in recent years. She has courses in Trauma-Sensitive Yoga and is currently studying potential psychology at the Academy of Potential Psychology (APP) in Oslo. She teaches Slow-flow, yin flow, and restorative classes today.
