Children’s Art Workshop at the Christmas Market

Welcome to a creative workshop for children and families in the Little Lavvu at the Trondheim Christmas Market! From Monday to Friday, 1:30–3:00 PM, children can take their time to paint and draw, creating beautiful and personal Christmas cards.

Artist and art educator Kristina C. Karlsen will be there to guide the children and offer tips and ideas, so everyone can make something unique — whether they are experienced with drawing and painting or trying it for the first time.

The Little Lavvu is a cozy space in the heart of the Christmas Market, perfect for a calm and enjoyable family activity. Here, children can paint and draw Christmas cards using different techniques and materials, with no prior experience required. Kristina C. Karlsen will be on hand to inspire and guide them, helping each child create personal Christmas cards to give to family and friends. This is a fun and cozy activity suitable for children of all ages, offering a lovely break for the whole family in the middle of the Christmas Market.
