Miss Saigon is written by the creators behind Les Misérables, Claude-Michel Schönberg and Alain Boublil, and is being staged for the first time as a large-scale production in Norway!
Miss Saigon is a gripping musical with a strong story and beautiful songs. The musical takes us to Saigon during the Vietnam War in the 1970s. Here we witness forbidden love between the American soldier Chris and the orphaned Vietnamese girl Kim - who is forced to work at the bar and brothel "Dreamland". The chaos of war creates heartbreaking drama, and the story is eternally relevant.
The performance has a magnificent scenography, powerful music and is the most ambitious production from Scenekvelder to date!
