SLOMOSA
Friday 6 December: SLOMOSA
The doors open at 20:00 - support (TBA) at 21:00.
18 years age limit.
Ever since the premiere of their debut single Horses at NRK Stjernepose, which voted the song one of the best in 2019, the desert rock beast Slomosa from Bergen has been making waves at home and abroad.
Their self-titled debut album on Apollon Records in the summer of 2020 was rated 6 by Bergens Tidende and 8/10 by Metal Hammer UK, and has over 10,000,000 plays on Spotify alone.
2024 is a crazy year for Slomosa; new album, Tundra Rock, on Stickman Records will be released on September 13, US tour with Alkaline Trio & Spanish Love Songs in September, European tour with GreenLeaf in October, dozens of festivals throughout the year and a headline tour in Europe that ends at home in Bergen with the band's biggest club concert to date at Røkeriet USF.
"A real display of energetic, well-composed rock of the kind that threatens to knock you down if you turn the volume a little too high. It sounds tough, playful, inspired, powerful and energetic".
Joakim Randa Berthelsen, Bergens Tidende
