About Hilde Vikan
I am completing certification as an instructor in meditation and mindfulness at Creationwork in the fall 2025. I have previously studied meditation and mindfulness at NTNU and taken several courses in meditation and mindfulness with Viggo Johansen.
I am a coach with a background in NLP Master Practitioner, NLP Practitioner and the Art of Coaching.
I have been an instructor in Kung Fu and Qigong at Trondheim Kung Fu Center for almost 40 years.
I am a social worker with further education in psychiatric social work and have a Cand.polit. in social work.
