The toughest ski mountaineering competition in Norway, and in 2017 also Norwegian Randonee Championships.

Classic: Totally 1500 hight meters, four summits.

Competition-and "fun run" class and classification for juniors, seniors and veterans.

Both routes have start and finish at Stryn ski center.

The route

Extreme: Gryta, Kyrkjenibba, Botneskrednibba, Natakupa, Hestefjellet, Karifjellet and Gullkoppen.

Classic: Småeggene, Natakupa, Hestefjellet and Karifjellet.

Both routes have many fine ascents and great downhill possibilities.
