Welcome to the ImproJam on Sunday 24 September 2023 kl 18-20 at DansiT.We start the session with a collective warm-up. A gentle movement meditation to tune into our bodies is followed by playful movement tasks to connect to the space, our bodies and each other. The first hour offers an introduction to contact improvisation before we dive into the jam - an open space where you can improvise freely and explore movements and sounds both alone or together with others.Musicians are very welcome to bring their own instruments and jam with us.The ImproJam is held in English by dance artist Anna Thu Schmidt. Dance experience is not required. Doors open 15 minutes before the event and will be closed by the start of the event. Donation: 50-250 NOK (Sliding scale system where you pay according to your financial situation.
