Welcome to the Sunday ImproJam with Ingeborg Dugstad Sanders on 10th of November 2024
5-7pm at DansiT, Strandveien 33, Trondheim.

The session will start with a collective warm-up before entering the Jam - an open space where you can improvise freely and explore movements and sounds both alone or with others.
This ImproJam will focus on entering and exiting the dance and listening and interrupting your partner and the room. Participants will also pay attention to the floor and explore the room as a canvas.
The ImproJam is held by dance artist Ingeborg Dugstad Sanders. Dance experience is not required. Musicians are very welcome to bring their own instruments and jam with us.
Doors open 15 minutes before the event and will be closed by the start of the event.

ImproDans Trondheim wants to offer an open and safe space for movement and sound exploration and a playful approach to improvisation.

Bio: Ingeborg is a trained dance artist from the Laban Center in London, has a practical-pedagogical education from the University of the Arts in Oslo and is a Certified Movement Analyst from LIMS in New York. Ingeborg is employed as a curating producer and production manager at DansiT, and is the artistic director of Danselaboratoriet.
