Sundtopi is an innovative jazz orchestra consisting of 20 young musicians from all over the country, who together make up this year's Jazz Line at Sund Folkehøgskole. The band name is based on the words utopia and dystopia – two extremes of the imagination. In this span we create our own world: Sundtopi.

The songs are written by members of the band, and are formed together. The result is a distinctive and varied sound that both creates a strong collective voice, and at the same time manages to highlight the uniqueness of the individual. We are a musical melting pot, and our tour is an invitation into our universe. A universe where different backgrounds, experiences and expressions each have their place.
