We start with raw 100% cocoa and taste our way through the chocolate palette - from pure chocolates to award-winning, filled, handmade chocolate pieces.

Along the way, Iris shares the story of how one woman with a desire to give her guests that little extra, has built a cornerstone company in Selbu with over 30 employees - and with international awards in her bag, including the most wins in the International Chocolate Awards World!

About the course leader:
Iris Martinsen-Aune is a trained chef, nutrition economist and self-taught chocolatier. Together with her husband, Eivind, she has built up Jentene på Tunet - a chocolate factory that makes world-class chocolate!

Iris is a creative flavor developer with a sense for good quality, and is on the top shelf among the world's chocolatiers. Her warmth also goes into the chocolates and flavors she makes. Here there is love for the craft and the best ingredients! If you have tasted a piece of chocolate from Jentene på Tunet, you probably know what we are talking about!
