Terry Reid – Rock's forgotten treasure comes to Norway for the first time!
Terry Reid, known as "Superlungs", is one of the greatest rock and soul voices the UK has ever produced. He has a unique place in music history – not only for his powerful vocals, but also for his close ties to some of rock's biggest names.

The man who said no to Led Zeppelin
In 1968, Terry Reid was offered the role of vocalist in a new band put together by Jimmy Page – a band that would later become Led Zeppelin. But Reid turned down the offer and recommended his friend Robert Plant instead. The rest is history. Reid later received a similar offer from Deep Purple, but chose to focus on his own solo career.

Although he never became a part of Led Zeppelin or Deep Purple, Reid has had an impressive career:
Toured with The Rolling Stones, Cream, Jethro Tull and Fleetwood Mac. He performed at legendary festivals such as the Isle of Wight (1969) and Glastonbury (1970, 2009, 2011).
He played at Mick Jagger's wedding.

His music has been covered by artists such as The Raconteurs, Marianne Faithfull and Michael Grimm.

Terry Reid has released six studio albums, of which The River (1973) and Seed of Memory (1976) are considered classics. His song "Without Expression" has been interpreted by a number of artists, and his music has been used in films such as Up In The Air.

Finally to Norway!
In October 2025, Terry Reid will finally come to Norway to play concerts. This is a rare opportunity to experience one of rock's most underrated legends live. With his powerful voice, intense presence and song catalog full of hidden gems, this will be a concert experience for the history books! He performs songs from his entire career including classic gems like "Faith to Arise", "Brave Awakening" and "Seed of Memory".
