Welcome to the Trondheim Food Festival – July 31 to August 2, 2025 – right in the heart of Trondheim! Around 200 exhibitors from 14 different regions will gather to showcase the very best of local food and drink. The Trøndelag Food Festival is a rich and varied event, offering not only a vibrant market but also cooking classes, food seminars, children’s activities, the Chef's Dinner, mobile kitchens, and more.

Each year, the festival awards the Product of the Year in 9 different categories, along with Best Stand and the Think Big Award. In collaboration with SpareBank 1 SMN, the Sustainability Award is also presented. The festival is an important meeting point for producers and attracts both local, national, and international visitors.

Together with the Trondheim Brewery Festival, the Trondheim Food Festival has gained international recognition. In fact, the festivals in Trondheim were named one of the 8 best places in the world to be in August 2023. Our festivals are now recommended travel destinations – not just in Europe, but globally!
