KonsertGalleriet presents the duo Tuva Halse & Emil Storløkken Åse and the band Frille on 6 November!The duo Tuva Halse & Emil Storløkken Åse has its origins in tuva necklaces. The songs have a Nordic pop jazz feel, where Tuva, as the multi-instrumentalist she is, has written lyrics, sung, played synth, piano, fiddle and harmonizes. In this duo setting, they deliver the songs in new costumes, where both get to sharpen us on many different instruments and roles, which results in the music having an extra excitement and energy.//Frille is a project by guitarist and singer Mona Hynne. Together, she brings double bassist Hans Ona Gjul and drummer Joel Hynsjö. With Norwegian lyrics, alternative guitar tunings and musical references to vice pop and folk music, Frille is melancholic vice pop with simple structures and riffs that they arrange together.In the band, they have different backgrounds, from classical, folk, rock and pop as well as music technology. Mona, together with Joel, has a background in music technology, and Hans has a background in classical music.
