A rare and memorable evening awaits in Tollbua's Sørfløyen, where the Fronti family invites you into the world of ISTINE – a rising star in the heart of Tuscany's famous Chianti Classico region. Among the vineyards in the hills around Radda in Chianti and Gaiole in Chianti, ISTINE was founded by the Fronti family, who started bottling under their own name in 2009.

This unique evening at Tollbua offers a carefully composed five-course menu created to highlight the wines:

With wine: Rosato 2024 (100% Sangiovese from ISTINE, fresh and fruity)

Reindeer tartare
