WINETASTING IN THE WINE CELLAR
Saturday, April 1st at 20.00, you can learn more about the right wine in the right glass in combination with a delightful 3 course meal. The event is held under the dunes at Ølberg, in the wine cellar at Strandhuset.
You will taste three wines in three different RIEDEL glasses. Both wine and glass also affects the food we taste. Therefore, the kitchen have composed three tasty dishes that will be eaten during the tasting. Hopefully you will understand a little more about food and wine in combination, and how much the design of the glass affects the taste experience.

Course holder Knut Espen Misje is one of Norway's best sommeliers, and is one of the persons who have aimed to develop one of the country's leading educational wine courses. He also teaches at the internationally renowned wine school Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) He has also co-authored several food & wine. Knut Espen has also filled up many wine cellars on behalf of customers. An exciting, enthusiastic course holder with much experience in the world of wine.
THE ØLBERG BUS
Leave your car at home. We can reserve a seat for you at the Ølberg bus which can transport you from Stavanger, Sandnes and Sola to Ølberg.
When? Departure from: Stavanger bus terminal at 19.30 Sandnes bus station at 19.45 Sola bus station at 20.00. Look for a bus marked «Ølbergbussen». The buss pick you up after the arrangement at 23.00 and transport you back.
