Together, in a supportive female community, you are invited into a transformative process, where it opens up to release what no longer serves you. Through this, find your way home to your true self. In the Circle you are welcomed with open arms just as you are.

I (Tina Maria Lambert) currently run Trondheim Taiji Center with my partner Frode Strand Karlsen. Our focus is to balance Yin (the soft) and Yang (the hard) in us, and in our surroundings. We all live in a society today where the hard, yang, is often overrepresented, so exploring my own softness and femininity, yin, motivates me to a softer life, with a deeper connection to my own femininity and power. Being able to stand strong like a mountain, and at the same time flow like a river. In the Circles, the listening, present aspect is naturally brought in.
