A 10 week beginner course in the Chinese form of Taijiquan. During the course you will learn good Taiji warm-up exercises, and the first part of 37 postures Yang style short form as developed by Professor Cheng Man Ching.
Taiji is a gentle form of exercise that most people can benefit from, whether it's stress management in a hectic everyday life, or other mental and physical challenges. Taiji is also performed to train balance and to prevent and stay in good shape throughout life.
Welcome to a course with the opportunity to get to know yourself better, your inner strength and silence. After completing the course, there is the opportunity to continue further.
Trondheim Taiji Center is run by Tina Maria Lambert and Frode Strand Karlsen, both certified instructors from the Norwegian Taiji Center at Pamela Hiley in Oslo.
