Inger Hannisdal - "about leaving"
music about leaving, music about saying goodbye that goes in major and minor at the same time, and neither or. music about memories and fragments of memories, thoughts that are picked apart and put back together. about looking back, and then looking forward. who leaves, who stays? what do we leave with each other?
Violinist and composer Inger Hannisdal works with microtonal melodies and asymmetrical rhythms. She creates music with an experimental approach to the instrument, but with an anchor in folk music, both from Norway and the Middle East. She won TONO's composer prize during Spellemann in 2023, and is a recipient of the Hans Christian Ostrø Memorial Prize for bridging cultures.

Luis Fernando Amaya - "Mi Libro es la Tierra: Zara Monrroy"
“Mi Libro es la Tierra” – “The Earth is my book” – is a project that stems from my desire to give greater visibility to the perspectives of environmental and indigenous rights activists, views that are often overlooked by mainstream society, but are nevertheless relevant to the world’s population at large. This work is the second in the series, and is based on an interview I conducted with Zara Monrroy, a Mexican activist from the Comcaac nation, to whom this work is dedicated.
