An Abstract Illusion is a progressive death metal band hailing from the coldest, northernmost part of Sweden. Known for their intricate compositions, atmospheric and emotional depth, and genre-bending sound, the band has carved a niche in the extreme metal scene by combining brutal riffs, melodic passages, and cinematic soundscapes. Their debut album, "Illuminate the Path" (2016), showcased their technical prowess and ambition, but it was their second release, "Woe" (2022), that truly cemented their reputation. Woe received widespread acclaim for its emotional intensity, dynamic range, and masterful fusion of death metal with progressive and black metal influences.

An Abstract Illusion returned in October 2025 with the highly anticipated album "The Sleeping City," continuing to push the boundaries of modern extreme metal. They have received widespread acclaim from critics and progressive metal fans alike. The band remains an exciting, promising force that captivates fans of Opeth, Insomnium, Ne Obliviscaris and Wilderun.

+ Terravia
Terravia is a progressive rock/metal band from Trondheim, Norway, formed in 2021. They recorded and released their first single, Crystalized, in the summer of 2022. After a few years of lineup changes, the band was finally complete in the fall of 2024. They played their first concert in January 2025, followed up with several concerts over the following months, and ended the year by supporting Conception at Rockheim in Trondheim in October.

Terravia's music is often characterized by long songs, changing time signatures, complex arrangements, catchy melodies, musical playfulness, and a wide range of genres. They draw inspiration from both modern prog such as Dream Theater, Opeth and Haken, and older bands such as Genesis, Pink Floyd and Yes, while also incorporating influences from other types of music such as jazz, classical, pop, folk music and much more into their music.
