Join us for a cozy evening with a 5-course dinner and lots of music. Bjørn tells stories and entertains. Each course has its own song, and Bob Dylan's music helps make this a memorable evening. Mette is responsible for 3 of the small dishes, while Bjørn makes the two infamous main courses, and together they are responsible for all serving. The food is served and covered on ceramic plates and bowls from Mette's workshop in Ila.
The ticket includes all food and entertainment, you choose and buy drinks along the way.
We offer award-winning smoked salmon and trout from Hitra and Frøya, Bjørn's infamous bacalaos, Spanish meatballs, 3 local cheeses and a royal dessert! Freshly baked olive bread, nut bread and lots of side dishes are served along the way. Award-winning, local food that tastes good.
Please let us know if you have any food allergies or anything else we should know about. We will accommodate those who do not eat fish/meat or have other food preferences.
Each dish is served with a story, and music is played before, during and after the meal.
