About the course providers:
Svein Berfjord, also known as the 'Akevittbonden', is a distiller at Inderøy Brenneri og Berg gård, which he runs with his wife Kirsti on Inderøy in Trøndelag. He bottled his first aquavit in 2016 and has since had a number of award-winning aquavits 🥇
Eivind Steiro Berg-Hanssen is head distiller at Øx Tap Room, and possesses a lot of knowledge in the field 📚
With a burning passion for good flavors, he and Svein will guide you through an aquavit tasting and the art behind the noble drops 🔥
