Summer Week for Adults – 40 Hours of Ceramics in 5 Days

Every year, when the Trøndersommer arrives, we host our Summer Course.

It has become a tradition for us – a week where adults from all over the country come together to learn, explore, and immerse themselves in ceramics. Whether you’re completely new or have worked with clay before, you are warmly welcome.

Over the course of five days, you’ll get to try wheel throwing, handbuilding, decorating, and several other techniques. You choose what you want to focus on – this is your week of creative flow, good breaks, and a little holiday in your own city.

The course is led by Famke and Franziska, who guide, inspire, and give you space for both learning and deeper exploration.

We start each day at 9:30 and finish at 17:00, but you’re welcome to stay and work on your own until 22:00 if you wish. A vegetarian lunch is served every day, and all clay and materials are included.

Early Bird: 7500 NOK (adult) / 6500 NOK (senior/student)

Included in the course fee: • 40 hours of instruction • 25 hours of optional self‑directed studio time • Glazing course • 10 kg of clay • Vegetarian lunch every day

The Early Bird price is valid until May 1st, 2026. Payment in installments can be arranged if needed.
