"The Golden Quarter" is the name of the mini-concerts and other cultural events on the church hill outside Vår Frue.
The concerts take place during the service by the fire pans under the auspices of Our Lady - Open Church (Kirkens Bymisjon).

"Sebb Ottesen has a life story that could have been taken straight out of a country song. If Johnny Cash, Jelly Roll and Luke Combs had had a common son from Trøndelag in Norway, it would have been Sebb. With a childhood marked by both joy and challenges,
life gradually took a darker turn as the parties became longer and longer. A settlement with the past became a turning point where Sebb found his way to music. This became a new driving force, and a new way to tell his story.
The 25-year-old has played guitar since he was twelve, but it is only in recent years that he discovered that his voice and lyrics could carry something more.
