For a number of years, the TrondheimSolistene and Gjermund Larsen have had a close and inspiring musical collaboration that has garnered praise and recognition, both nationally and internationally. Through a joint exploration of the borderland between classical music and Norwegian folk music, they have created a distinctive expression characterized by both virtuosity, sensitivity and artistic curiosity.

The collaboration has so far resulted in a number of concerts on various stages, as well as several critically acclaimed album releases that have reached a wide audience.

Now they are ready for Dokkhuset, where the audience will experience a varied program. Here they will present both a more classical repertoire and Gjermund Larsen's unique and atmospheric songs, arranged especially for violin and string orchestra. Join us for a unique musical experience.
