August 22, 2026 we are organizing TRONDHEIM TRIATHLON. New this year, Trondheim Open Water, swimming competition from Munkholmen to Ilsvika.@
Trondheim triathlon is suitable for anyone who trains versatilely and wants to set a spectacular goal for the summer. Participants undertake a beautiful journey in and around Trondheim.
After being transported by boat to Munkholmen, the swimming leg goes from the islet to the landing stage amidst the crowd of supporters in Ilsvika. The cycling leg takes the participants out to Byneset along the reefs in the Trondheimsfjord.
The running stage consists of two laps along the sea between Ilsvika and Brattøra. Feel free to take a look around the pages here, look at the course, at stories and films from previous years, and find out what this is all about. Will you take on the challenge?
