In the village of Utskarpen, between Mo i Rana and Nesna, Elise and Marius established a culinary attraction that is drawing a steady stream of foodies. They offer a dining experience where every dish is made from ingredients fresh from the farm and pasture. They also offer accommodation – charming rooms in a countryside setting.

The Norwegian name is “Til Elise fra Marius” (To Elise from Marius). The hosts do their utmost to give you a memorably great dining experience. They take the concept “from farm to table” quite literally, choosing fresh produce from the farm, meat from pasture-raised livestock, ingredients foraged from local forests, and freshly caught seafood.

The restaurant offers six- and eight-course menus, and in July they also offer a special five-course summer menu. Their menu varies with the seasons. After the most delicious seafood and meat dishes are done, your meal concludes with something sweet.

Book a table today – and look forward to a world-class dining experience!
