A beautiful and monumental bridge spanning the Nidelva river. The bridge is in use and is said to be one of the longest in Northern Europe.

A beautiful and monumental bridge spanning the Nidelva river. The bridge is in use and is said to be one of the longest in Northern Europe, 40,5 metres long and 4 metres wide.

The bridge was built between 1913 and 1918, and the current railing was made later, in 1924, when they could afford it. A temporary railing was made in wood.
