You are hereby invited to join the popular 3-hour kayaking tour on the idyllic Romsdalsfjord, nestled in the fjord's embrace. Right in front of your kayak lie well-known and beloved mountains such as Kirketaket, Loftsskarstind and Klauva. Here you will get a truly unique view of the famous Romsdal Alps.
Tour Description
A kayak tour doesn't require much of you in terms of time or effort, but it rewards you endlessly with closeness to nature and fantastic experiences. The tour starts at Uteguiden Adventure Center in Åndalsnes. Here, the guide will run through the equipment you'll be using before providing a short safety briefing and outlining the tour route. The kayak tour is suitable for both experienced paddlers and beginners. Bring the whole family, with children welcome from the age of 5.
Practical Information
What to bring:
Clothes and shoes that can get a little damp/wet
Windproof and waterproof jacket for better warmth and comfort
Warm jumper in wool/fleece
Hat and gloves are good to have on cold days
Sun hat, sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended if it's sunny
Camera with waterproof casing
A bottle of water and some snacks are a good idea

Equipment:
All necessary equipment is included. You will be provided with all the kayaking equipment you need, a wetsuit if necessary, and a life jacket.
Restrictions:
You must be in normally good physical condition
You must be comfortable around water
Weight limit: 120 kg
Age limit: 5 years old (the year you turn five)
Be sober. It is not permitted to consume alcohol before or during the tour
