Join us to our Wilderness lodge Reinheim. A fantastic area of mountains and glaciers where motorized traffic is banned. We use skies and pulkas, and the dogs pull our luggage. On the way we will explore the ice cave on the Scott Turner glacier.

If you want an active holiday with comfort in the world's last wilderness - Svalbard - then this is the trip for you.

We skie with dogs and pulkas to our idyllic cabin: "Reinheim", which is in Tverrdalen - only 12 km from our dog kennel and base in Bolterdalen, approx. 10 km outside Longyearbyen.

The area we are skiing in is band for motorized traffic and is surrounded by glaciers and beautiful mountain peaks as well as wide valleys – no cell phone coverage in this remote area!

On the way home, we aim to explore the ice cave on the Scott Turner glacier.

We stay in Reinheim lodge for 2 nights and in the afternoon/evening it is possible to take a sauna and/or enjoy a good book or play various board game in the living room with a great view.

In Tverrdalen there is a colder climate and good skiing conditions long into June.

At the end of the season, we can travel over the glaciers to the cabin when rivers in the valley start to open end of season.

The dogs pull the luggage for you.

We provide you with skis, poles and ski boots, as well as bedding and comfortable beds.

Food, drinks and guide/dogs for a safe and successful completion of the trip.

We have solar- and windpower available in the cabin.
