A magnificent spa in the city centre with a sauna, snow room, relaxation pool, aufguss, rainwalk, and head spa.

Slow down and unwind
Bristol Spa spans three serene floors in the heart of Oslo. The design draws inspiration from Moorish tradition, with warm tones, arches and mosaic details that create a soft, inviting atmosphere. Your experience begins even before the first treatment, with digital guides helping you tailor your visit – whether you prefer heat and cold therapy, a drop-in session or a personalised circuit. Mask stations throughout the spa allow you to select skincare suited to your complexion.

Treatment only or the full spa experience? The choice is yours
If you have booked a treatment, spa entry is not required. Should you wish to extend your visit with access to the pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation areas, you can simply add spa entry when booking.

Sauna, Aufguss, Snow Room and Head Spa
On the second floor, the spa hosts welcome you at reception, where you may sample carefully selected skincare and hair products. The sauna is open all day and also used for aufguss sessions, led by a sauna master who blends essential oils, music and heat for an intense sensory ritual. The snow room offers an invigorating contrast, complemented by warm and cold plunge pools that support circulation and recovery. Here you will also find the hairdresser and wellbeing zone for short treatments for hair, skin and beard.

Massage, signature treatments and self-care
The fourth floor houses five treatment rooms offering classic massages and signature therapies. Mask stations appear on several levels, and head spa sessions can be paired with haircare or styling.

A complete experience
Thoughtful lighting, textiles and sound work together to create an experience that lingers long after your visit.
