Historical café in Oslo with a wonderful outdoor seating.

Kafé Celsius is located in one of the oldest surviving buildings in Kvadraturen, dating back to 1626–1627. Over the years, it has housed everything from the University Library and a military hospital to Deichman Library and Oslo Kunstforening.

Today, Kafe Celsius combines historic charm with a modern café experience, featuring a private courtyard and outdoor seating at Christiania Square – Oslo's oldest square. In winter, the large fireplace creates a warm and cozy atmosphere, while summer brings vibrant energy to the square and backyard seating.
