Travel from Narvik to Swedish Lapland and experience Katterjokk, Abisko and Björkliden in a landscape of open plains, mountains and frozen lakes. The trip combines nature experiences, local knowledge and a leisurely pace.
Join us from Narvik across the border to Swedish Lapland, where open plateaus, mountain villages and Arctic nature set the scene for the day. The journey goes through the areas of Katterjokk, Abisko and Björkliden, with plenty of time to take in the landscape along the way.
One of the stops is Abisko National Park, known for its characteristic Arctic landscape and the distinctive river canyon. Here you can walk along the canyon edge, experience the silence and see how light and season characterize nature.
The guide shares knowledge and stories about the landscape, the region and life in the Arctic. Along the way, there is also a photo tutorial, and lunch is served at a local hotel. The trip is designed as a calm and close to nature journey where the road between Narvik and Swedish Lapland is an important part of the experience.
